2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the platform. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful or infringing content, or interfere with its operation or other users.
4. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post and grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform. ChatDock branding and software remain our property.
5. Payments
Paid features, if any, are billed as described at purchase. Template — align with your actual billing and refund terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described here.
7. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws specified at launch. We may update these Terms and will post changes here.
